Most people see a healthy lifestyle as something difficult to attain – and something that is not very exciting. Traditional diets have taught us that to lose weight, we need to count calories, track steal everything we eat and limiting the amount – and kinds – of foods we eat. Diets tell us exactly what and how much to eat, regardless of our preferences and individual relationships with hunger and satiety. Diet can help you lose weight (fat, muscle and water) in the short term, but is so unnatural and so unrealistic that will never be a way of life that we live with, let alone enjoy! ? While very few diets teach healthy low-fat shopping, cooking and eating, strategies, and encourages unrealistic suggestions offer many health-threatening restrictions. Even more important, diets do not teach us safer, more effective ways to exercise, do not teach us our desires and our desires, or how to deal visit to our feelings of hunger and satiety. Finally, we are tired of the complexity, the hunger, the lack of taste, lack of flexibility, lack of energy, and the feeling of deprivation.
