Don’t Leave These Mens Health Tips to Chance

Men do not get it. They stay clear of the fresh foods that can help them live longer. More so than women. And despite the fact that many studies show eating a diet loaded with fruits and vegetables can protect you from all manner of cancers. Not to mention they are good overall protectors of your health.
So the most easy of mens health tips to apply is to simply eat more vegetables. Eat more fruits.
Especially since it all counts. Whether you drink 100% juice, eat fresh, or whatever. It’s all good and all good for you. Dried, frozen, juiced or fresh.
To that end here are some proven mens health tips that can help you eat healthier.
For one when it comes to fruit and vegetables the key is eating a variety of colors. That’s because each fruit or veggie presents it’s own mix of minerals, vitamins and disease fighting compounds – phytochemicals?
Carrying extra pounds? As they are low in calories and fat and high in fiber, fruits and vegetables help you watch your weight. Plus being mostly water they give you that full feeling that helps you eat less.
While there is no specific fruits or veggies to eat that trims your cancer risk to zero, studies have proven that eating a variety of fruits and vegetables daily reduces your overall risk.
Another easy way to eat more fruit daily is to begin your day by blending up a smoothie. Tropical fruits like pineapple or kiwi add vitamins, go with anything, and give you an easy way to work in a couple more varieties and colors into your diet. Plus they can jump start your morning in a flavorful way.
Least I forget in this list of mens health tips, we are talking roughly nine servings a day. Sadly is only 4% of men manage to do that. 4%! Yet here’s how you can be among them.
You could drink a V8.
Snack on raisins or celery sticks with a dab of peanut butter.
Vegetable soup.
Stick extra leafy lettuce on your sandwich.
While watching TV eat a grapefruit or a handful of baby carrots.
There’s always apple sauce.
Frozen grapes are great too. Whole or cut in half. Those or frozen berries can pop in your mouth instead of potato chips. But like salty chips you can’t eat just one.
Those on a budget can make sure to buy what is in season. Or find a local farmer’s market. Or buy frozen on sale. Anything frozen is just as loaded with nutrients.
So see? It’s easy to give your body the tools to fight chronic disease.
Bottom line roughly half of what you eat should be something grown on a plant. Half! If you pick up nothing else from this list of mens health tips and eating – pick up that. You should eat more servings of fruits and vegetables starting today.

maybe you could do one on the meat heads down the gym, then we can see who the real bullshiters are.
lol hahahaa
it looks sound and accessible … but “postmodern stress” ?? that’d have to be damned interesting …
LOL, but often the ones who ask such silly questions are also too dumb to find the right category! I have seen so many penis questions in the Yahoo section and the Pregnancy/Parenting section too
Many females know alot about the male body, and some do have really great answers. Don't worry about it.
Well now Mr Cena. Seems ta me like ya got ya self a little problem. You, seem to be one perveted fella.
So stick around, ya might just learn something.
hahah .. totally true !
It's not exactly the only topic, but I must admit it crops up a lot. I know when I was younger I was concerned about my penis size, but as it was in the pre internet days, there wasn't really anyone to turn to.
When you're a male going through puberty, how you measure up is something that occupies you're thoughts rather a lot, so it's only natural to ask about it.
Hope this helps.
….sexual? U are ashame!
Maybe if he didn’t constantly stress particular words, it wouldn’t be so bad, or if the video wasn’t low-budget porno quality, he’d have something.

I'm such a sheep
These are the main concerns both genders have. If women don't have periods, they can't have kids and when they do, it can affect their whole family life. If men have issues with their penis, they can't conceive and have trouble finding a woman. Think about the impacts. Good question though. A star for your insight.
I know! Men's Health is more than just talking about your penis and how you masturbate and how you're feeling horny. It can be a really serious section to people and the questions should be more serious.
Well, it is titled Men's Health, right?
Why are there so many questions about vaginas in Women's Health? Are chicks obsessed with their vaginas?

Be careful with many of these men's muscle magazines, alot of it is just not reality. Just be aware…..

Mens Health is an actual magazine that have EVERYTHING you're looking for
I wouldnt suggest working out yea till 16-17. But for a body like that, you gotta get used to working out now, so do pushups, crunches, mainly stretching and calisthenics so ur body has musculature and yet will not inhibit your natural growth. Dont do heavy weightlifting till later.
Your abs, chest (pushups) legs (squats) are the main ones people love working. The thing with the ppl in the magazine are they work EVERY muscle group in their body, so you should get used to using the muscles you only seem to use subconsciously.
The message is educational but the clip is f*uking hirarious.
Is this intentional? I can’t tell.
Lol guys on Y!A have short penorz.
I bet they're just a bunch of 15 year olds giggleing to our problems.
You know, they are snooping to see what we have problems with and then laugh at it.
Dude, I find it creepy too…it's the MENS section.
wow my son asked me that question the other day, lol i was like yeah it should these 13 yr olds need to calm down and let nature take its course, lol.
Some girls/women are educated and well informed about men's health issues, some are silly shallow empty-headed immature individuals who want to be stupid, and childish.
The one insufferable thing I find about a minority of the females are the ones who advocate male circumcision. They would never consider circumcising a girl, or having it done to themselves, but they parrot the old "it's cleaner" or "it looks better," that they've heard, but don't consider that it is genital mutilation.
By the way, the fastest way to get female answers in men's health is to put "males only," on the question!
If you look at some of the questions from the guys, some of us guys are abysmally ignorant about some of the simplest function of the male body. Some women can and do contribute valid and valuable answers here.
Perhaps men should go more on women's health and answer questions there.
Iggy Bott~ thank you! We don't get this in school so we have to learn some where and experience isn't an option like many guys think! I mean its a safe easy enviroment to learn. Come on!
Okay y do guys answer "GIRLS ONLY" ?s ? Its the same thing! GOD this was a waste of 5 points! Its b/c some girls are doctors/nurses and most guys don't think to ask or research knowledge about this stuff! Obviously b/c u keep asking "Is my penis too small?" about 70% of the ?s on here are the same ? like that. There is a search for ?s box! DUH!!!
Madey they know the answer!!! Or they just want the points!!!
ok, I’m gay and all but that was just plain creepy
Bom chica wha wha!
Butt spazims!
What is the foreskin? The foreskin is the fold of skin that covers the glans. The glans is the rounded tip of your penis. The foreskin protects the glans from getting irritated by urine and from rubbing against clothes. When your foreskin sticks to the glans and cannot be pulled back. By about three years of age, the foreskin can be pulled back already. Some may need a longer time for their foreskin to separate from the glans.
What problems can occur with the foreskin?
Infection: Your foreskin may look swollen, red, and is painful to the touch. This may be caused by forcefully pulling back the foreskin. Infection may also occur when you do not clean the foreskin of smegma. Smegma is a whitish substance made of dead skin cells. Smegma is harmless, and found between the glans and the foreskin. Sometimes, too much smegma may be trapped under the foreskin for too long. If the foreskin is not washed, infection may occur. You may need antibiotic medicine for your infection.
Phimosis: Phimosis is a condition where the foreskin is tight and cannot be pulled back over the tip of the penis. A very bad infection may scar the tip of the foreskin. These scars block the opening of the foreskin. As a result, you may have trouble urinating, or may have more infections. You may have to undergo circumcision when this happens. Ask your dad or mom for more information about circumcision.
Trauma: The foreskin may be pulled back too hard as you bathe or masturbate. This can cause pain, cracking, and bleeding. In time, a scar may form at the tip of the foreskin. These scars cause the foreskin to stick to the glans.
What problems can occur if the foreskin is removed? A circumcision is a procedure that removes the foreskin. It is a safe and common procedure, but has certain risks. A circumcision may cause bleeding, infection, or injury to your penis. Some may or may not want their penis to be circumcised because of cultural or religious reasons.
How do you care for your foreskin?
Use only gentle soaps to clean the foreskin and glans. Do not use harsh soaps or laundry detergents.
Wash the outside of your penis with soap and water everyday.
Do not forcefully pull back the foreskin. You may feel pain when the foreskin is still sticking to the glans. When the time is right, it can be easily pulled back to show the glans.
When the foreskin can be pushed back, gently pull back your foreskin to show the glans. Wash this area with soap and water.
Make sure to wash away all the smegma under the foreskin.
After rinsing away all the soap, gently push back your foreskin to cover the glans.
we are just very much concerned abt men's health….
–i mean.. no one would like to get it on with damaged goods!!
and if they do get deteriorated in time, at least we'll be sure to know how to FIX it…..
